If an amount has already been reserved or withdrawn, you cannot cancel the payment. In that case, you will need to contact the recipient to request a refund.

To cancel a payment in Kivra:
Open the invoice in question. Click on "View details" and then "Cancel payment".
To cancel a payment via your online bank:
Payments scheduled via Kivra for a future date are usually found under "Upcoming" or "Future payments" in your bank portal. Follow your bank's specific instructions.
Note: If you use Nordea, you cannot see your scheduled payments under "Upcoming." This is a limitation set by the bank, not Kivra.
