If you have paid an invoice outside of Kivra and want it to be marked as handled in Kivra, you can use our built-in feature for this. Since we do not receive information regarding payments made outside of Kivra, this is a great way to stay organized.
Follow these steps:
- Open the invoice you have paid.
- Click on "Mark as handled" underneath the green payment button.
By doing this, you will know that the invoice has been managed and that everything is under control.
You can personally choose which emails and notifications you wish to receive from Kivra. You can do this while logged in under Menu/More > Settings > Email & push notifications.
