Kivra's Verification Service is a digital tool developed in collaboration with the Swedish Sports Confederation (Riksidrottsförbundet) to facilitate and secure the checking of criminal record extracts. It is used to quickly verify that a sports leader is suitable to work with youth, in accordance with the "Trygg idrott" (Safe Sports) initiative.

How to use Kivra's Verification Service
As a representative of an organization (”the Verifier”), you can easily request the extract.
Go to https://verify.kivra.com and log in with your BankID.
- When logging in, enter your name and the organization you represent.
- The service will generate a QR code for you to show to the sports leader.
- The sports leader ("the User") then scans the code with their mobile camera to start the process.
Review the extract: As the Verifier, you will have the opportunity to view the record extract directly on your own screen during the verification process.
Important to know:
Availability: The record extract is only visible during the verification itself and is not saved. Once the process is completed, it is deleted.
Agreement: Each time you use the service, you enter into an agreement with Kivra that terminates once the verification is complete. The general terms and conditions for the service can be found on Kivra's website here.
