To cancel the Sports Mailbox, an authorized signatory must do so while logged in.
Follow these steps:
- Go to Menu or More.
- Select Settings.
- Click on Account Overview.
The closure of the account takes place once you have signed in accordance with your company's signing rules. If multiple authorized signatories are required and any of them do not have Kivra, that person can sign via this page.
After the account has been closed, you will still have access to the mailbox and all documents for 45 days. After this period, the account and all content will be permanently deleted.
Please note that you can still receive digital mail during this period. You also have the option to reactivate the account at any time in the settings.
