Physical items that have been digitally delivered to the company mailbox are archived for seven years from the date the shipment arrived at the Kivra address.
You can request the original document at any time during this period, at the cost specified in the price list. To have us retrieve the original, you need to email support@kivra.se and provide the scanning ID located on the far left of the scanned document.
We do not scan marketing material. This material will be discarded upon arrival (see additional terms). Kivra assumes no responsibility for material that is deemed to be marketing material.
