You can cancel Kivra Business Plus when logged into your business mailbox under Settings -> Kivra Business Plus by clicking on Cancel subscription.
If you choose to cancel the Business Plus service, we will continue to deliver scanned mail for 45 days. This is to give you the opportunity to update your address with suppliers who send mail to your Kivra address.
If mail continues to arrive at the Kivra address after the 45 days, we will not be able to deliver it to you, and the mail will be destroyed. It is therefore very important that you notify all your suppliers during the notice period to avoid losing important mail.
During the notice period, you will be charged the monthly fee and any excess usage fees. Furthermore, Kivra may charge for costs that the User causes Kivra, for example, if senders continue to send mail to the Kivra address even after the termination of the service, in accordance with the Price List.
