To get started with a business mailbox, you need to meet three simple requirements:
- You have a personal Kivra mailbox.
- You are an authorized signatory (firmatecknare) for your company.
- You have an active Mobile BankID.
If your company has multiple authorized signatories, only one of you needs to have a personal Kivra mailbox. The other signatories will approve and sign the registration using their Mobile BankID. Instructions will be sent to you via email during the registration process.
