When you register your business mailbox in Kivra, you automatically receive all digital mail from connected senders.
How to manage senders
Adding: New senders are added automatically as soon as they send mail to you via Kivra.
Removing: If you prefer to receive paper mail from a specific sender, you can easily opt out. Log in to your business mailbox, go to Settings, and select Senders. Here you can turn off the sender of your choice.
Please note: Turning off documents from government agencies/public authorities (myndigheter) requires signing with Mobile BankID.
