To close the Business Mailbox, an authorized signatory must do so while logged in.
Follow these steps:
- Go to Menu or More.
- Select Settings.
- Click on Account overview.
The closure of the account takes effect once you have signed in accordance with your company's signing authorization rules. If multiple signatories are required and one of them does not have a Kivra account, that person can sign via this page.
After the account has been closed, you will still have access to the mailbox and all documents for 45 days. Once this period has passed, the account and all its contents will be permanently deleted.
Please note: You can still receive digital mail during this 45-day period. You also have the option to reactivate the account at any time within your settings.
