This ensures that only those registered as authorized signatories can log in to the Company Mailbox, reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

Once you have registered a change of authorized signatories with Bolagsverket, it can take up to a couple of weeks before it is updated in your Company Mailbox.

Important reminder: If you are unable to log in, you should always first verify that you are correctly registered as an authorized signatory with Bolagsverket.
