Yes, you can. To do this, the person you want to grant access to must have their own personal Kivra mailbox and a Mobile BankID. The authorized signatory can share access with one or more people who need to manage the company's mail.
There are two access levels to choose from:
Read: The person can read and view all content.
Read and write: The person can read, update, and delete content. They can also grant read and write permissions to other people.
How to share access:
- The authorized signatory logs in to Kivra company mailbox.
- Click on Settings > Sharing and integrations > Sharing of the company account.
- Click on "Invite new person", enter the personal identity number and email address of the person who should receive access, and select their permission level.
The person receiving access then accepts the invitation in their personal Kivra under Settings > Shared inboxes.
