Kivra automatically updates your company name for your business mailbox based on information from the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket). Therefore, you do not need to take any action yourself.
Good to know:
- The name change must first be registered with Bolagsverket before it becomes visible in Kivra Business.
- It may take a few days for the change to take effect.
- The name change does not affect the delivery of your digital mail, as it is linked to your corporate registration number (organisationsnummer) and not the company name.
- If you send mail/documents via Kivra and wish to update your display name, please contact avsandare.support@kivra.com.
