Kivra offers a business mailbox for the following types of companies and associations:
- Limited company (Aktiebolag / AB)
- General partnership (Handelsbolag)
- Limited partnership (Kommanditbolag)
- Economic association (Ekonomisk förening)
- Housing cooperative (Bostadsrättsförening / BRF)
- Sports association (Idrottsförening)
Important to know:
General partnerships and limited partnerships (Handelsbolag & Kommanditbolag) can register a company mailbox, but only if there are general partners or limited partners with authorized signing power (firmateckningsrätt). If the company's signing authority is held exclusively by another legal entity, the service cannot be used.
Sole proprietorships and non-profit organizations (Enskilda firmor & Ideella föreningar) are not supported. If you run a sole proprietorship, you can use Kivra for individuals instead.
