In Kivra, you can easily organize your letters and documents into folders.
Custom folders:
You can create your own folders to sort and find important documents faster.
Go to Folders in the menu and create a new folder for example "Finances" or "Home" by clicking the + icon.
Select the type Custom.
Shared folders:
As of March 13th, shared folders will be discontinued. Everything you have added to a shared folder will still remain in your Kivra account, in its original location (e.g., among your uploads or under the company's icon).
- All your documents remain under their respective sender.
- You can send a document to someone by clicking the "share" icon.
- You can also choose to share your entire Kivra account with someone else. Read more about how to do that here.
