When you register for Kivra, you automatically receive your mail digitally from all connected senders that you are a customer of. You can easily opt out of a specific sender and start receiving their mail on paper again.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to Kivra.
- Go to More or Menu > Settings > Senders > Letters.
- Select the sender you wish to pause and click "Pause sender". (Please note: if you turn off a government agency, you will need to sign and confirm this with Mobile BankID).
Kivra cannot forward mail that you have already received digitally. If you need a paper copy of a previous letter, you can get the best assistance by contacting the company or government agency that sent it to you.
You can also download and print your documents directly while logged into Kivra, using the options located next to the document itself.
