When you activate the receipt service in Kivra, you automatically receive digital receipts from all connected stores where you are a customer.
How to get paper receipts from a specific store
If you wish to instead receive paper receipts from a particular store, you can easily deactivate them in the app:
- Go to Menu/More > Settings.
- Select Senders > Receipts.
- Turn off the specific store you want to get paper receipts from.
How to turn off all digital receipts
If you do not want any digital receipts at all, you can turn off the service completely:
- Go to Menu/More > Settings.
- Select Services > Receipts.
- Deactivate the service for digital receipts.
