To get started with digital receipts, first create a Kivra account by registering with BankID. After that, you can automatically start receiving digital receipts when you shop at connected stores.
To receive receipts in certain stores, you must show your membership, for example by providing your personal identity number or presenting a membership card. Other stores send receipts via a linked payment card. To receive these receipts, you need to add your card in Kivra under Receipts in the menu.
In the app, you can see a complete list of which companies and stores are connected and what method they use to send digital receipts.
