If you are 16 or 17, you can create an account with approval from both guardians. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend that both parents are in the same place to scan the QR code during setup. If this isn’t possible, we recommend screen sharing.
This is how the process works
- Enter your details. Fill in your personal information, email address, and phone number. Then verify your identity using your Mobile BankID on our website.
- Guardians give approval. Kivra retrieves information about your guardians. They will receive a QR code to scan in order to approve the registration. The link is valid for 24h.
- Accept the terms and conditions. Once your guardians have approved, you need to accept Kivra’s terms and conditions to complete the registration.
Tips for you if you are under 18
We recommend that you share your inbox with your guardians. This is to ensure that you can easily keep track of important content together.
When you turn 18, you will also have the option to receive content from authorities in Kivra.
