Mail from government agencies is sent to the digital mailbox you most recently registered with.
If you don't have Kivra, you can easily create an account with Mobile BankID here.
Once completed, your mail will automatically be sent to Kivra from all connected companies and government agencies that you have a relationship with.
If you don't want to have multiple digital mailboxes, you may need to manually close your other digital mailbox, depending on which one you use.

If you already have a Kivra account but have previously been receiving government mail through another digital mailbox, you can instead activate government mail while logged in under Settings > Services > Government mail to start receiving your government mail with us.
