As a legal guardian or administrator, you can receive assistance in managing your client’s Kivra account, but there are a few things you should know.
We are unable to share a mailbox for you. If your client has a Mobile BankID, you can log in together and activate sharing within Kivra yourselves. You can read more about how to share Kivra here.
If you wish to receive information regarding documents, make changes, or close an account for your client, we must first verify your authority. In such cases, we ask that you submit a registry extract or a court decision confirming your appointment via our contact form here.
