If you have received a receipt that does not belong to you, it is usually because a cashier accidentally entered the wrong personal identity number during another transaction. Occasionally, it may also be because someone you know has used your loyalty card.
How do I handle an incorrect receipt?
We recommend that you delete the incorrect receipt. You can easily do this by logging into Kivra, opening the receipt, selecting "Manage" (Hantera), and then clicking "Delete" (Ta bort).
Who should I contact regarding questions about a receipt?
The retail chain is the "Data Controller" for the issuance of the receipt, while Kivra acts as their "Data Processor." Therefore, if you have further questions regarding the specific receipt, we kindly ask you to contact the store directly.
