You can deactivate your Kivra account at any time while logged in under Menu/More > Settings > Services > Kivra - Cancel your account.
At the bottom of the page, check the box "OK" and then click "Cancel Kivra account". You then confirm the deactivation by signing with Mobile BankID. If you no longer have access to Mobile BankID, you can read more about how to proceed to deactivate Kivra here.
During the 20-day notice period, you can still log in and use the service. Please note that you may receive a final digital delivery while senders update their records. After the notice period, the service will be terminated and your account and content will be deleted.
If you change your mind, you can reactivate Kivra under settings at any time during the notice period.
