On certain older iPads running iOS 17.7.10 or earlier, the menu and the “Sign out” button may unfortunately not display correctly. This is due to a technical limitation within the operating system.
There are a few simple ways to resolve this:
Update your iPad
If your iPad can be updated to a newer version, the menu and button will appear as normal once the update is installed.
Close the Kivra app by swiping it away
If your iPad cannot be updated, you can close the app manually:
- If your iPad has a Home button (the round button on the front):
Quickly double-click the Home button. - If your iPad does not have a Home button:
Place your finger at the bottom edge of the screen.
Swipe up slowly and pause in the middle of the screen.
You will now see your open apps.
Find the Kivra app and swipe its window upward until it disappears.
The app is now closed.
Use the web version
You can always log in via www.kivra.se in a web browser. The menu and sign-out functions work normally there.
