You can log in to Kivra via our app or through our website here.
To log in to Kivra, you must have the BankID security app (Mobile BankID). We currently do not support any other forms of electronic identification. You can read more about this here.
If you are experiencing difficulties logging in, please try the following steps:
Check your apps
Ensure that you are using the latest version of the Kivra app. Check for available updates in the App Store or Google Play Store, or try reinstalling the app on your device.
If your device is no longer compatible with the latest Kivra app updates, you can log in via Kivra’s website (https://accounts.kivra.com/) instead.
Verify that you have the latest version of the BankID app installed.
Restart your device
Turn off your mobile phone or tablet completely and restart it. Then, attempt to log in again.
Switch networks
Try disabling Wi-Fi and using mobile data instead (or vice versa). A slow or unstable internet connection can often interfere with the login process.
