Before we can assist you, you must first deactivate the service for digital government mail, Mina meddelanden.
Step 1: Deactivate government mail
You can choose one of the following two methods to terminate the service:
Via email: Send an email to info@digg.se. State that you wish to deactivate the Mina meddelanden service and include your personal identity number (personnummer) and contact details.
Via letter: Write a request to terminate the Mina meddelanden service. Include your personal identity number, contact details, and your signature. Send the letter to:

Step 2: Contact Kivra
Once you have received confirmation that the government mail service has been deactivated, we can assist you further.
